Publish Fictitious Business Name (FBN) in Riverside County
California Business and Professions Code §17917 requires every new Fictitious Business Name statement filed with the county clerk to be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, within 45 days of filing. The Hemet & San Jacinto Chronicle is a court-adjudicated newspaper authorized to publish FBN statements for all of Riverside County.
