FBN Renewal Publication Riverside County
Fictitious Business Name registrations in California expire five years after filing. To keep your FBN active, you must file a renewal with the Riverside County Clerk-Recorder and publish it again under California Business and Professions Code §17920. If the information on your FBN has not changed, renewal does not require a new publication unless there is a gap in registration.
