Notice of Trustee Sale Publication
California Civil Code §2924f governs the publication of Notice of Sale under Power of Sale (foreclosure trustee sale notices). The notice must be published once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in the city where the property is situated, or if none, in the judicial district.

- Three consecutive weekly publications required (CC §2924f(b)(1))
- First publication must be at least 20 days before the sale date
- Notice must be posted on the property and at the county courthouse
- The newspaper must be adjudicated as paper of general circulation for the jurisdiction
